Crazy Summer Fun!

So have you been having a great summer vacation?  I know I sure have and I'm really excited that the first day of summer brought with it really warm weather.  This is a great time to sit back, drink a nice cold juice and read a book.  Check out my books read tab at the top to see what I've been reading.  Don't forget to share what you've read too!

Birthdays are AWESOME!

I love celebrating birthdays for my family and friends.  In honor of so many birthdays this summer for our family, I thought I would start some summer reading with a book from one of my all-time favorite children's authors Patricia Polacco.  The book is Some Birthday! and it's a wonderful read.  It celebrates those magical memories you make with your family growing up that you remember for a lifetime.  Enjoy this great read.

Let the Reading Begin!!

This week is enrollment time at the Kuna Library.  Kids and parents can sign up and participate together.  There are fun activities each week all to promote the love of reading!  Find out more by visiting the library website at www.kunalibrary.org.  Psssttt....if you happen to miss sign ups this week they accept registrations through the first week of August.  :)
